EVergetic LLC installed its first Electric Vehicle (EV) charging station in East Lansing, Michigan and has been in operation since December 2019. A second location with multiple charging stations was installed in Lansing, Michigan during the spring of 2020. Its third location began installation in the fall of 2022 on MLK Jr. Boulevard, also in Lansing Michigan. EVergetic assists commercial and multi-dwelling residential property owners and businesses in planning and developing custom EV charging solutions. EVergetic plans to establish a Super-Hub location in Lansing, MI near an expressway to continue building the EV charging infrastructure. EVergetic CEO Derek Braswell has provided IT consulting services for Dell, HP, Hilton, Target, U.S. D.O.D., and the State of Michigan.

Derek has a project management master certificate and has successfully applied his knowledge and experience to developing and implementing custom electric vehicle charging solutions for commercial business establishments. The EVergetic project team usually consists of a state-licensed electrical contractor, a state-licensed professional engineer, and experienced EVITP-certified electricians from F.D. Hayes Electric Company run by CEO Megan Doherty.

 

Megan was awarded 2021 Greater Lansing Entrepreneur of the Year. She was quoted in 517 Business and Life as saying “With such a focus placed on clean energy right now, we are poised and ready to help our customers with all of their power needs: energy-efficient upgrades or new builds; low-voltage, structured cabling; AV needs; back-up generator power; and EV charging.” EVergetic has been honored to be included among the many F. D. Hayes community partners working together towards becoming established in developing the electric vehicle charging infrastructure market.
